Restorative Resonance
The most immersive session Julie offers. Restorative Resonance combines therapeutic sound, gentle vibration, and intuitive energy work to help the body settle and restore balance. You'll lie comfortably, fully clothed on a vibroacoustic sound mat while low-frequency sound waves move gently through the body — encouraging the nervous system to slow down and release tension.

Sound Healing
Sound Healing sessions use singing bowls and tuning forks to create tones and vibrations that encourage deep relaxation. As sound waves move through the body, many guests experience a natural slowing of the mind and release of tension. Especially beneficial for stress relief, mental clarity, or simply a peaceful space to unwind.

Reiki with Julie
Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that supports relaxation and balance. Julie uses light touch or hands placed just above the body to help guide the body's natural energetic flow. Many guests experience warmth, calm, or a sense of deep rest. Especially helpful for stress, emotional fatigue, or simply seeking a quieter, more restorative experience.
