Gia Said It Better Than We Ever Could.

A first look at Restorative Resonance at The Studio House.

We could tell you what a Restorative Resonance session feels like.

But Gia — a wellness practitioner who knows this work from the inside — said it better than we ever could, after her first session with Julie:

"Like being held in an envelope of sound and energy, where my whole system could settle and expand at the same time."

Yeah. That.

What is Restorative Resonance?

It's the most immersive session Julie offers — and honestly, it's hard to put into words until you've been in the room.

Here's the short version: you lie down, fully clothed, on a vibroacoustic sound mat. Low-frequency sound waves move through your body — physically, not metaphorically. Singing bowls and tuning forks layer sound around you. And Julie's Reiki moves through all of it, guiding your body's energy toward whatever needs to settle.

The whole system, as Gia put it. Settling. And expanding. At the same time.

Sessions run 45 or 60 minutes. Most people don't want to leave.

Julie is now booking at The Studio House in Nehalem.

She also offers standalone Sound Healing and Reiki sessions if you want to start there and work your way in.
